The 2019 show was a resounding success and feedback from exhibitors and visitors was very positive. Held at the Kitwe Showgrounds from 4-6 June 2019, the 3-day show boasted over 109 local and international exhibitors and drew thousands of high profile industry professionals from all levels and industry sectors.
Further value was given to visitors at the daily free-to-attend seminars, where government and industry experts shared their knowledge and provided insight on a wide range of topics related to the mining, agricultural and industrial sectors.
CAMINEX enjoys unequivocal support. Hosted under a partnership between the Copperbelt Agricultural & Commercial Show Society (Zambia) and Specialised Exhibitions a division of Montgomery Group (South Africa) and endorsed by the Zambian government, CAMINEX 2019 also had the support of the South African Capital Equipment Export Council (SACEEC).
CAMINEX brings the mining, agricultural and industrial sectors together and is an important trade platform that showcases the latest in products, machinery, technologies and services that these and related industries can offer. 34% of visitors attended CAMINEX to find out about the latest trends and technologies, 31% were there to source new products and services, and a further 16% attended with the view to finding new suppliers and distributors.
Visitors also had the opportunity to network with industry professionals, get advice from technical experts and view machinery demonstrations.
CAMINEX 2020 will be taking place at the Kitwe Showgrounds in Zambia from 2 to 4 June4 in 2020.
